Beginning season 2025, we will be offering two Big Band options: YavJazz B and YavJazz A. YavJazz B is geared towards young student and those who would like to learn more about jazz (7th-9th grade students). YavJazz A is geared towards older students who have experience in playing in Big Band (10th-12th grade students, mature 9th grade students). The age limit for the Yavapai Jazz Institute is 11-19 years old.

For those who are accepted into the program, fees are due by the June 1st. Fees can be paid in person during rehearsal with either cash or check, or through our online portal.

Scholarships are available and are granted on a case by case basis; if you need financial assistance, please complete the form on the scholarship page. All scholarship forms are due by June 1st.
